This meditation is designed for children aged 4-11.

Children get to go on a magical adventure using the power of their imagination, they have a place here to deal with any problems that might be bothering them and they learn how to manifest.

This is a crucial age to develop their beliefs that they will take with them into adulthood and I want every child to know how amazing and magical they really are!

Introducing them to such a powerful tool such as meditation at such a young age will help to instil great habits for the future.

It’s also a great bonding experience to do at bedtime and to help your child wind down.
