Living in the present moment is just that, a gift and the only way to be able to live your life with peace, power and joyful purpose. I teach people just that, how to live in the glorious present moment.
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. It can be perfectly normal to feel anxious at times, before an important meeting perhaps or an important exam, however some people find it hard to control their worries and the anxious feelings can become more constant and start to affect their daily lives.
Symptoms range from person to person but can include feeling restless or worried, having trouble concentrating or sleeping or one can even experience dizziness and heart palpations.
Anxiety can develop for different reasons but are often associated with a big event or a build-up of smaller stressful life situations, for example a death in the family, work stress or ongoing worry about finances.
I teach people how to take control of their own thoughts and literally rewire their brain so as to stop them going down the ‘rabbit hole’ of negative thoughts and emotions. Scientists call this neuroplasticity, which is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization.
When you live in a state of anxiety you are activating the sympathetic nervous system and putting your body in a ‘fight or flight’ response, which is ok for a short amount of time but very unhealthy when activated for prolonged periods. I show you how to access your autonomic nervous system and bring your body back to balance (homeostasis).
Anxiety is something that can be dealt with surprisingly fast through hypnotherapy as we are directly accessing the subconscious mind and autonomic nervous system.
