Introducing Guided meditation - Transcript
Hi, everyone. Ayesha here.
Hope you’re all well.
I feel like people are really up levelling their self care this year. They’re really starting to take their wellness seriously, which is amazing. However, I work with a lot of corporate clients and many people are feeling very stressed, very overwhelmed.
There’s a lot of competition, targets to be met, and bills are going up, mortgage rates are going up, and people are coming home feeling very frustrated, stressed out, and they can tend to take it out on their friends and family and the people closest to them. And it can really philtre into all aspects of life. So it’s so important that we make the workplace somewhere where they feel calm, relaxed, and it can promote creativity and productivity as well.
So I wanted to introduce my guided breath work and meditation workshops. It lasts for about an hour. We do a guided breath work session. Breath work is amazing. It can make you feel so euphoric, like you’re on a high. Then we go into guided meditation where you feel really relaxed and calm and present within yourself. Access deep levels of relaxation.
When I’ve done this before, people have raved about it. They’ve really loved it. They say it really helped them feel much more relaxed, much less stressed. The scientific benefits are it can decrease blood pressure, improve mental clarity, focus concentration, promote creativity.
There are so many benefits to this. One company actually now do wellness Wednesday, and a group of them get together and they put one of my YouTube meditations on, just a short one at lunchtime, and they do a meditation together and they say that now instead of hump day, it’s actually wellness Wednesday and they look forward to going into work on a Wednesday. So this really does create an impact within the workforce.
I normally charge £450 for this. However, I really love doing this work and I want to bring it to as many people as I can. So I’m offering it right now at a discounted price of £225.
So if this is something you’d like to bring into your workplace, then please get in contact.
Act book. Now, there’s limited availability, so get in contact if you’d like to take advantage of this.
